Mrs. Dudash holds a B.A. in Psychology and Education as well as a Special Education endorsement. She has been involved with St. Cajetan for many years and began teaching second grade in 2015.  She believes that teaching is an incredible profession and loves that she is given the opportunity to spark young minds.  She loves being an active participant in each student's growth, and she feels the same sense of excitement and accomplishment resonate within herself when she sees her students learn a new concept.  She firmly believes that all students have a right to learn and grow, and she feels that each child is capable and comes into the classroom with unique talents and abilities.  

It’s her duty to provide an atmosphere that is safe, encouraging and full of chances for discovery, growth and practice.  Mrs. Dudash strongly feel that a classroom should have a climate of trust, love, mutual respect, and responsibility.  She will alsways consider St. Cajetan "A Place to Call Home" for herself and her family.
