Bucks & Blessings Raffle

We are excited to announce the launch of our 1st-Annual St. Cajetan School Bucks and Blessings Raffle - a new initiative to raise funds for our school and honor the unique commitment of Catholic school teachers. 

The best thing we can give to our students is a rigorous, well-rounded, faith based education provided by highly-qualified teachers. But these teachers can be hard to find, and even harder to keep. 

The primary reason for this is money. We all know that Catholic school teachers make a sacrifice when they choose to work in our schools but it’s important to understand just how vast that financial discrepancy is.

We can’t compete with what teachers earn working in public schools. But what we CAN do is provide financial incentives that will make it easier for them to stay with St. Cajetan! This is where the Bucks and Blessings Raffle comes in!

Our hope is that next school year, St. Cajetan is able to provide our teachers with financial bonuses on their “anniversaries” (i.e., when they have been serving our community for 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and so on). Our goal with these financial incentives is twofold; to show our teachers how deeply they are valued, and to make remaining in Catholic education a more viable option for them financially. A significant portion of revenue from this year’s Bucks and Blessings Raffle will go towards funding the first round of anniversary bonuses.
