St. Cajetan Tuition

We know that a Catholic education is a substantial sacrifice for most families, but we are confident that the benefit far outweighs the cost. Parents make their tuition payments online using the Blackbaud Tuition program. The tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows:

K-8th Grade Fees

Computer Fee:  $125 (per student)

The computer fee not only assists with the cost of the Technology position, but it also supplements the cost of maintaining the infrastructure, internet and provider costs, school-wide devices, technology systems, and third-party technology monthly consultant costs.

Chromebook Fee: $155 (per student Grades 6th-8th)
Book Fee:  $240 (per student)

This fee is used to purchase the textbooks/programs the student will use during the school year.

Curriculum Fee:  $100 (per family)
The Curriculum fee is used to off set the cost of our professional development, training and school-wide programming (Mathematics, Accelerated Math, etc)
 
Lunch Fee:  $90 (per family)
The lunch fee is used to pay the teachers/staff members that work during the lunch periods. If you only have a student in PreK 5 full day you will also be charged the full lunch fee. If you only have a student in PreK 3 full you will be charged 1/2 this fee. 
 
Tuition Waiver Program:  $90 (per family)
In the event of the death of a parent or legal guardian and in correlation with financial hardship, the Tuition Waiver Program will provide tuition for children currently enrolled in the Program for the balance of their education at St. Cajetan School. 
 
Fundraising Program via TRIP - $300 (per family)

TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program) is an online fundraising system we developed to help you earn additional dollars off your tuition. Our K-8 families are being asked to earn $300 using TRIP and our preschool-only families will be asked to earn $100. When using TRIP, families earn 75% of the profits and the school earns 25%.  Click on these step-by-step directions to get registered for the TRIP program. You can get started right away, as TRIP will be available during the summer. Just like during the school year, online orders must be placed by Monday at 10 a.m. TRIP pick-up will be every Thursday in the school office from 10 AM - 11 AM.  If you have any questions please contact Debbie Collins dcollins@cajetan.org (a total of $37.50 will be added to tuition bills in August through March). 

Bucks and Blessings Raffle - $300 (per family)

Every family will be responsible for purchasing 3- $100 raffle tickets (a total of $37.50 will be added to tuition bills August through March). Any Preschool only families will be required to purchase 1-$100 raffle ticket (this will be broken down on the August-March tuition bill). 

 
Non-Catholic/Non-Parishioner Fee - $500 (per family)
Non-Catholic students/non-Catholic families and non-parishioner families will be assessed an additional $500.00 for tuition due to the fact that contributions to Sunday collections, which generate funds for the parish subsidiary, will not be expected. In exchange for a subsidy from St Cajetan Parish, the parent must fulfill obligations of parish membership by regularly attending Mass, using Sunday offertory envelopes, and participating in parish activities. All families must be registered as parishioners by August 1st in order to ensure this fee is not added to tuition.
